Your download of TeamViewer QuickSupport
for Windows should start automatically

Once it is complete, run the program to start QuickSupport (open the disk image if necessary). Once it connects, provide your ID number and password to the technician that you are speaking with and they will be able to assist you remotely.

The version that downloads automatically should work on the following operating systems:
  • Windows 10 / 8.1 / 8 / 7 / Vista / XP (for XP: minimum requirement: Service Pack 3)
  • Windows Server 2012R2 / 2012 / 2008R2 / 2008 / 2003
  • Windows Home Server / Home Server 2011
  • Mac OS X 10.7 and later
